Returns & Cancellations Policy

Returns – 30 Days

You may return your items within 30 days of receipt. To process your return or refund request, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be in original condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

  • Packaging must be undamaged and in its original state.

  • A completed return form must be included. Download the return form here: [Insert return form link]

  • Returned goods must show no signs of use.

  • The order number must be provided.

  • Photo or video evidence clearly showing the issue must be included (for damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed products).

If the issue is deemed valid, we will cover all costs to arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.

If the returned goods do not meet these requirements, we reserve the right to refuse the return. We may also reject returns if we suspect the item was used or damaged outside our responsibility.

Always ensure that your return is shipped with a Track & Trace code. Without tracking proof, lost return shipments will not be reimbursed. Sending your return without tracking is at your own risk. Return shipping costs, including any customs fees, are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We are not liable for returns marked as "lost in transit."

Once we have received and processed your return, we will confirm by email and issue a refund to your original payment method within a few business days.


Items Excluded from Return

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sealed products where the seal has been broken.

  • Customized items made to customer specifications.

  • Personal items of an intimate nature.

  • Items that, by nature, cannot be returned.

  • Hygiene-sensitive products such as underwear, lingerie, tights, and skincare.

  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.


Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 5 minutes of placement. After that, they enter processing and can no longer be canceled.
